Chef Antoanela is a well known chef in the New York and Miami metropolitan areas. Trained at the International Culinary Center, she has worked extensively in farm-to-table cuisine under Michelin-star Chefs Jean George and Dan Barber. Her annual Art Basel parties are a big hit.
As a full service caterer she can take care of all aspects of your event. She can assist you with finding a venue, making menu choices, color schemes, live music, and of course food presentation.
